Separate WC. Washing machine outside the cottage. Groupable with gites 73G144102 and 73G144150. Renovated country house, located in the heart of a typical village of Haute-Maurienne. Very good comfort. Quality equipment. Mountain cachet with neat decoration. 100m from the slopes. Proximity to shops and services. Shuttle at 50m (winter only). At the foot of the slopes of the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes), right in the center of the shopping town of Lanslevillard. In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, on the Route des Grandes Alpes via the Iseran pass and at the foot of the Mont-Cenis pass with the Italian border. Many sports activities summer and winter. Country of Art and History with an important cultural heritage. Family resort ideal for children. Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer!
