Country home (50s) on the edge of very quiet street of the old village. Warm, bright and spacious cottage with large pieces. Beautiful terrace on the ground floor + small enclosed in common grounds landscaped. Unobstructed view of the village and the mountains. Close to shops & services. Gite 500m from the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes). Many sports, aerial and outdoor activities, summer and winter. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, with magnificent hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers. Village located on the Route des Grandes Alpes via the Col de l'Iseran and at the foot of the Col du Mont-Cenis with the Italian border. Many legendary passes! Land of Art and History with an important cultural heritage. Family resort ideal for children. Privileged location for hiking and cycling in the summer!
