The slopes are easily accessible, the doors of the hotel lead right into the town. The staff was lovely, the concierge went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. I am glad we chose the Sebastian for our trip!

The worst place i have stayed. Service suck the house cleaning sucked and restaurant not been open and was never told was horrible. You can’t even get a drink at the hotel until 3 PM. They don’t have alcohol in the room. When you order room service, they won’t bring you salt or silverware. And your order will get messed up. Definitely do not stay there so many better places in Vail than the Sebastian. I even say that the razors they have I wouldn’t even put on my face cause it cut them up so bad. They are very cheap hotel with a high rating that needs to be reviewed and revoked.

When we arrived, the Valet staff just stood at the podium. We had to unload our own luggage and go get a cart etc.., the drawers in the room didn't pull out and got stuck so you couldn't use them by the TV. The bed post end corners are not curved and sharp, we kept hitting our legs, so we had to put pillows near them. The robes are the same one's from many years ago...they need to be thrown out and replaced. They give you water in the room that is in a fancy bottle with TAP water in a high-end hotel? They use cheap toilet paper as well. So very sad and disappointed as they used to be one of the best hotels in Vail.

Room and staff were great, however a few amenities such as the bar, and 3 out of 4 hot tubs didn't work properly. In room dining needs to work on presentation and timeliness, other than that great location, staff tried their best to accommodate us with everything.

I didn't actually get to stay here. The hot water heater was broken and they placed us in a different hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. If I ever go back to Vail, I will try to stay at the Sebastian again.
