We were in unit 401, nice corner unit. The HUGE negative, the king mattress needs to be replaced. Sagging and lumpy on the right side, awful, couldn’t sleep on it!! Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful.

Cleaning lady did not do a good job. We had to call twice to get towels and coffee

Staff was super friendly. VERY Noisy and HARD to sleep. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, super HARD. Highway outside was very loud, all night. Made it all very hard to sleep. You can hear your neighbors and people above you all night long, very thin walls. ASIDE from the sleeping arrangements, everything else was good, I would have a hard time staying there again just for the fact I got little to no sleep at all for 2 days :[

Everything about the place was excellent with 2 exceptions. Hot tub was too small. Workout facilities were worthless as far as strength training, needed to go to vail athletic club to work out.

Only there for two nights/days and found that it was a great choice given the location, the quality and comfort of the one-bedroom unit. Would have loved staying there longer!

Dear Jason, thank you for your feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. We are thrilled to hear you were able to have a terrific getaway but I am sorry to hear that the bedding did not meet your expectations. I will do some research on my end and mention this to the owner and see if we can make some upgrades to the current bedding situation. Sincerely, Aubrey T
