Quiet, comfortable room. Friendly service.

This hotel is beautiful! The large lobby, game area and pool area allowed for gathering spaces.

The property is great. The proximity to stores was perfect. Restaurant food was excellent as well. Sergio at the bar was awesome! Issues: attempted to call the resort 4 times prior to arrival - twice in the evening and twice during the day. Nobody could explain the shuttle service and how it worked. We almost paid extra money for a taxi that wasn’t necessary. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was not welcoming, having us wait as she carried on a conversation with another worker. Unprofessional. Had to ask for the cookies that Doubletree is known for- never offered. Those customer service experiences really turned my stomach, but the property and all other staff were good.

Had a view of AC equiment on the roof. Icy driveway could have easily slipped...didnt bother cleaning parking area.

Hotel was great, the rooms are nice, slightly dated but still functional. Hotel staff was accommodating and the shuttle is very convenient.

Excellent property good location

The surroundings were beautiful. The staff was friendly. The cost however… again, I know guests are paying for the location as well as the time of year (leaf season is beautiful!) but the condition of the room wasn’t reflective of the cost. Lots of cosmetic repairs needed (chipped paint, loose/hanging wires on the balcony, peeling wallpaper, scuffed up walls by the couch). Really nothing to be concerned about, but when you’re paying $500 or more a nite, it seems like that stuff should be taken care of.

The rooms need a little upgrade when it comes to the AC units. When it turns on, it sounds like a jet engine. The beds are very uncomfortable also.

A nice hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Love the dog friendly touches. Mostly nice, updated and clean rooms, with some minor maintenance needs. Our main issue was the price, which was outrageous. We knew it was expensive going into it. But had hoped for more for such a high price. So the value component was out of whack, which was what dropped our score quite a bit.

Stayed one night and left wishing we could stay longer. Room and staff were great. Easy shuttle into Vail Village. Or bike over the the pedestrian bridge into Lionshead. We did both! Would definitely stay here again.

too expensive to the offered standard

We requested and got an accessible room. It was very comfortable, but had a terrible view, (It seems they always do). The pool area was very attractive - hard to find! We are frequent visitors to Vail. We own a timeshare in West Vail which our kids were using this visit. Love that the Highline was attached to the Westside Cafe - love that place! We will definitely return.

Amazing customer service and overall wonderful stay!

Great time at this hotel and so close to everything!! Would stay again

Nice place!! Awesome views. Loved the pool and sauna. Both heated.

The property is deceptively bland and dated from the outside. Once you enter, it’s a different story. It appears that everything has been refreshed and updated with a clean, modern vibe. What a pleasant surprise.
