My stay

I thought The apartment was comfortable and functional. My kids played and swam in the pool. It just seemed too cold for me though… The hot tub was broken while we were there The shuttle service to Lionshead was very convenient. The after hours check in process is OK. As long as there are no screw ups. In my case, the apartment that I was supposed to be in was mistakenly given to another person, and the operator at the other end of the phone could not help me get another room. I had to wait in the car until 8 AM when the staff showed up… Not fun when you’ve already pulled an all nighter to get to Vail for other reasons… in the end, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.
