The property is very nice and clean. The room was new and comfortable. However, there are two situations here that make your stay unbearable. The first is there was 93 stairs to our first room and no elevator (wow). The second is the four story building was built with no commercial sound insulation between floors. Unless you’re on the top floor you hear every footstep and if you’re below a family with young kids your stay can be so annoying you will be forced to find alternative accommodations like we had to do. To get a refund on our last few days that we did not stay there was so frustrating I gave up to keep my sanity. Sometimes the effort is not worth the money lost 😡. They also have a resort fee for using the amenities of the property. Is this not why you’re staying there in the first place. In my mind it’s like renting a car and they charge you extra if you want to use the seats. There are so many alternatives in the area I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

The property was nice since everything is separated. We liked that there were two bathrooms to use and the place was clean and well kept. The only downside was that there were too many stairs to walk up to get to the level where the condos are. There is an elevator to get to the fourth floor but after that, we had to use the stairs. Thankfully, we were given the lowest level which is fifth floor we thought. We wouldn’t recommend to people that are not okay with using stairs and families with small kids with lots of stuff with them. Everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around. The shuttle to and from Vail Village/Lionshead was so helpful. Having a grocery store close by was a pleasant surprise! While we did have to walk up the equivalent of five stories to the condo, it was worth it! We will definitely stay here for future Vail visits.

We Checked in and that was a long process. We arrived before check in so we got an amenities key and went to the pool and were told they’d text us. But then it was 30 minutes after check in and they hadn’t reached out. But when we went back to desk, it was ready, they just forgot to let us know. Room was bigger than expected and bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed to cook. Hot tub and pool areas were nice. Biking trails right from hotel. Could hear noise from highway but it wasn’t bad.

We stayed in the Cedar Building. Once we reached our condo, it was lovely. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Stocked with everything we needed. But getting there was an awful experience. 4 flights of stairs with luggage would exhaust even the most in-shape person. For an elderly couple, forget about it. Our fire alarm also went off for no reason, and our phone did not work. Just a few things to fix. The staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back when you install elevators. Thanks!
