Some of the upgrades include a new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, and modern furniture and fixtures.
Delight yourself with beautiful views of Gore Creek and Vail Mountain from the large windows and skylights. Your private balcony is a great viewpoint as well and is also equipped with a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. The light-flooded living area has vaulted ceilings and rustic wooden accents along with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart TV with streaming and cable, and a Sonos sound system. The new kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze.
The first level features two well-appointed bedrooms and the second floor has a loft area with a sofa, another smart TV, and a shelf with plenty of books and board games. The third bedroom can be found on this level with an en suite bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW Noise restrictions are strictly enforced. Ski storage is available at the front entrance of the door. No skis inside the home.

Fun with kids/teens
Loft area has own living room, bedroom (with 3 beds) and it’s own full bathroom. The 3 teenage girls they had the best time! Us adults on main floor had a great time as well. Bus stop close to go to town. Clean house, good parking and nice property manager!

This space was great for our family of 4! Our girls shared a bedroom next to ours and that left the upstairs loft area open for them to play and keep all of their toys. The main level living area is not large but it worked for our family. The unit was very clean and outfitted with essentials which was so helpful. The only negative would be how close it is to the street and highway so the noise at night is pretty loud. It’s nice how close you are to two very nice parks. The deck is a shared outdoor space with other units so that limited our use of it. The unit also has a lot of fans which is nice in the summer months!

Home was cozy with appealing decor and comfy bedding, nice fireplace and new kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to bus with good service to mountain. Condo was well laid out for two families (though kitchen and bathrooms on the small side). When issues arose, response time was a bit slow but ultimately issues were addressed.
