VAIL, COLO-RAD-O!This very convenient property is a hard to come by diamond in Vail with 3 minute walking distance to the free bus, 12 minute walk to the Grand Hyatt Vail lift, free shuttle from Grand Hyatt Vail that runs also if you miss bus. It is by beautiful Gore Creek with walking and biking paths out the door. The back side of property is Open space with beautiful Spruce and Aspens that will never be built on (Town of Vail Open Space forever) and you can ski/ride home if you would like and are at that ability level. This is a one bedroom with loft ( loft has a sloped ceiling with a very comfortable Queen size floor bed, clothes hanging rack and three drawer dresser. You can see the slopes of Beaver Creek from the loft! Bedroom has Queen bed with desk and dresser and walk in closet. Bathroom has high pressure shower (for after those long days of work or skiing/snowboarding or hiking/biking or apresing after the slopes/lifts close) with river rock floor in shower and heated floor in rest of bathroom. Kitchen includes full size stove/range, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Virtuo machine, regular coffee pot, Bodum hot kettle, small toaster over, Brita water filer pitcher (not needed for the delicious, clean Vail water but available), disposal (needs to be run slowly and not too full or it will overflow under the kitchen sink). Spices and Condiments included. Ceiling fan. All utilites included-trash, snow removal, water, sewage, electric,WIFI, streaming of pretty much every channel and movie. This built in 2015 Vail Condo has one assigned parking spot and guests spaces based on first come, first serve. The walk along gorgeous Gore Creek is alone such a gem. Wildlife is around with a beautiful fox that likes to frequent our property. Taste of Vail, Go Pro Mountain Games, Forth of July, Apres Vail, Ford Ampitheater Free Concerts and Events, too much to name, incredible restaurants and nightlife at your fingertips.
