This was our first time staying at this Four Seasons Hotel. We were super impressed by the utmost hospitality of the Concierge and front desk staff at the hotel. My wife came down with a very bad flu the day we arrived to this hotel and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable.
Underwhelming in most of it's features. Everything is Fine, just not what one would expect of a luxury top tier hotel such as Four Seasons. Our room was poorly appointed in that it had very limited counter space. Brand new tv's were placed on top of dressers as opposed to being wall mounted. Spa was sub par and very expensive for mediocre treatments. Service was pretty good. Very expensive for what you got. Not what I would call luxury!!!
We spent 10 days here over Christmas and had a fantastic time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, always willing to help in any way needed. From sorting out a minor room issue when wee first arrived, to making the whole skiing experience as hassle free as is possible. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The spa was calming and the bar lively and welcoming.
The service was on point and the hotel was wxtremely clean and of course the location is absolutely cortical and perfect for vail. Highly recommend thisnlocation for a wonderful get a away. Great hotel bar and casual dining in the lobby. Fire pits outside overlooking the mountain.
Our first trip to Vail and we will be definitely returning next year. We stayed at the 2-bedroom residences and truly enjoyed the spaciousness, extra closet spaces, amazing housekeeping service and friendliness of everyone we came into contact with at the hotel.
Absolutely impeccable 5 star personalized service and wonderful large, fireplace, mountain view room with beautiful double basin bathroom and shower. Spa services were relaxing in beautiful and clean facilities. Flame restaurant is refined setting with excellent food. Ski concierge service, which is true luxury, literally brings your skis and equipment to the gondola entrance at the mountain from their village ski client services location. They even assist you with putting on your boots! Allowed us to demo skis. Fantastic experience and value for the money. We’ll be back!
The Four Seasons Resort in Vail is one of the most beautiful and accommodating places I have stayed at in the past 10 years. It has been such a good experience that my husband and have made a September trip there for the past 5 years. The resort provides 5 star dining, a beautiful spa, and a workout facility that meets all needs.
It’s nice hotel, so far, CLEAN the most important thing. Quality in everything, that part was my favorite. My birthday spent there... could be better, with the right kind of room. I wouldn’t complain if I would get bed big enough for 2 people 😳
Friendly and attentive staff, with excellent facilities. The Hot Chocolate is outstanding as were the outings. I found the surrounding beautiful and the rooms large and comfortable with a great fireplace.
Great hotel, great location, great facilities - particularly wonderful spa - and great staff make for a perfect getaway. Ski concierge, apres ski lounge and fitness facilities ensure you can enjoy all Vail has to offer with the ease and luxury of a world class resort.
