I really like the staff at The Four Seasons. So accommodating. Period I stay here every time. I have surgery at the Steadman clinic which is next-door. It makes it easy to walk over.

We tried to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Staff refused to work with us and we lost 1200 dollars as a result. Four Seasons is just another company that puts profit over people. They could have easily rebooked the room but they chose not to. It is a sad reflection on their company.
