Been to many W Hotel around the world, and this one didn't disappoint. The hotel is a great compound set in the jungle with access to the beach. Of course the beach is nothing to write about but offer great views from the rock pool for sunset drinks. Being Titanium Elite ,they did give us a nice upgraded room, breakfast and 2 happy hour time and location for great refreshing drink. We hit both of them every night. The rock pool happy hour get very busy ,and thank for Arvind for taking good care of us ,all when trying to make all the guess happy with there table requirement for sunset viewing. The food was excellent everywhere. The service in every department was also excellent. Even the person that came to remove the frog from our room. Everyone wants to make sure that you are having a good time , The staff is definitely well train. We both had massages at the spa ,and both of us were surprise how good they were. If you want to have a deep tissue massage ,they have the staff with the training to deliver. Not always the case in hotels spa. The hotel is definitely well run. Not always easy being a luxury resort away from the big city to get the high level of staff. But kudos. You did it .

Our stay at W Goa was wonderful. The hospitality was excellent. The ambiance, amenities and overall facilities were beyond our expectations. We were very impressed by the quality of service and are definitely likely to return again.

A lot of thought has gone into conceptualising and putting together this ocean facing property. The rooms are really nice and there is lots of space to walk around the property and the beach, especially if you go during early mornings. The rest of the day can be crowded. Service is very good too. We ate breakfast in the hotel which was extensive and upto levels which are usual for hotels of this quality. We did not any of the other meals since there are so many options close by. The only hazard with hotels in Goa is that certain areas get cordoned off for private events, usually weddings, including swimming pools which can be a dampener

I normally stay in southern part of Goa, as North is always considered to be more croweded. But this time decided to try out the W, as have always seen it coming up as an option when I was trying to book. It was the best decision which i took. The drive from Bangalore was long, but once we stepped inside the property, it just took all the tiredness away. From the welcome drink ( beer, a first in my life of staying at hotels), to the last farewell packed breakfast, the attention to service was clearly above par. Every associate i came across, countless to name here, chefs, attenders at the kids area, rock pool staff, kitchen table staff , woo bar staff, everyone was so happy and so very welcoming and accomodative. My kids were not denied the second helping of the complimentary ice cream, or anything which was off the menu for meals. Didnt realise the days while i was there. My compliments for an amazing property and equally amazing staff.

Great place, had an amazing time, and what breathtaking views... The food was beyond excellence - Special mention about Chef Dawa, who made sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights was the kids play area, my kid had a blast.

Loved the staff at the W Goa. Chef Joitiba Birje was awesome and treated me like family. He cooked two special meals for me that was superb. Also, the entire staff from front desk to bar treated me like I was their sole focus. If you want to spend time at a beautiful location; I truly recommend W Goa.

Our girly trip at the W was just what we'd hoped for - super fun and chic. The vibe of the hotel is very modern and trendy. The staff extremely proactive, hands-on, accommodating and friendly. The experiences at the front desk, pool, the breakfast at the Kitchen table, the Woobar were all special. Special thanks to Rishabh for being extremely welcoming, ensuring our stay was very comfortable and being just a message away, Franco at Woobar who had all the info and suggestions handy and Kunal at the Kitchen table for being a great host and recommending all the fab dishes to try there. Highly recommend a stay at W. Their employees are their biggest asset.

Fantastic couple of days spent at the W Highlights: - Supreme location & view - Great breakfast spread - Attentive staff, neat personal touches Special thanks to Aditya for all the arrangements as well as to Dhiren at front desk for a smooth check-in!

Beautiful room and ambience! Very helpful staff. We were greeted by the w insider (Rishab) assigned to us the moment we reached the hotel. Was available for us throughout We had an upsetting experience with a cab driver. Konark the chef/manager on duty was very helpful and made sure we had food and a decent driver available to us for our drop at the airport!
