Nice lace, location could be better

Lovely hotel, clean, has heat, good breakfast. Staff members Janet & Rosea were awesome! ( I hope I’ve spelled their names correctly). Not the best location; about 15 min walk to busy area, virtually nothing around it, stray dogs everywhere but none bothered us while walking. But we didn’t do that long walk at night. Not much to do in “downtown” anyway. Some confusion on ck in. First they tried to change the price by almost $100 tho we had our hotels.com confirmation & receipt. Then they would not take Visa so we had to sign up for WeTravel app to pay. Turned out ok, and only a $6 up charge. Just be prepared. But overall a nice hotel with nice people.

El hotel es super pequeño y alejado del centro considerando la poca frecuencia de taxis. El dia que llegamos fue muy temprano 6:30am. Nosotros dias antes tratamos de contactarnos con la propiedad para ver si podíamos tener un early check in, pero no tuvimos respuesta. Llegar ahi y no tener una habitación hasta la hora del check in fue bastante incomodo. Como el hotel esta alejado del centro tuvimos que pagar para el desayuno con ellos, aparte que todos los lugares estan cerrados. El desayuno Buffett - es bastante reducido asi como el espacio. El personal del hotel es amable, y las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Hay mucha agua caliente, y la habitación se mantiene muy adecuada en temperatura. Si vas a salir del hotel tienes que dejar tus llaves en el lobby, y te las devuelven a tu regreso. Nosotros solo estuvimos 1 noche, pero muy recomendable que si vas a llegar muy temprano es posible que no tengan habitaciones disponibles para un early check in ya que el hotel es pequeñito y te recomendaría hacer book con un dia antes.

This was a good place to stay for our visit to the salt flats. The rooms are very nice and a tasty breakfast is included. The staff our friendly and welcoming even despite us arriving at 6am after our overnight bus. They stored our bags while we went out to wait for our room. The hotel is just under a 20 minute walk from the town centre but a small dinner menu is available if you don't want to go out. I'd reccomend it for your stay.

Hotel is very nice and new. Breakfast is decent. Location is a little far from the town center, but taxi is available whenever you need it. We tried walking to the town center but it is very dusty every time theres a vehicle passing by. Our room is a little noisy from upstair neighbor as the flooring is made of wood and you can hear the steps and everything thats dropping on the floor. I guess the owner lives upstairs with kids playing.

Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Check in with Yaneth was great! This hotel has two different names. The real name is Atipax Hotel Boutique. The room is great, however its located a bit far from the center. See the pictures of the view from my window. I walked to the airport which is about 45 minutes. I would not walk at night since there are a lot of dogs! Hotel is great! The area is a little scary because of the DOGS! 4.5 out of 5

Hidden gem of a place! Clean, great shower pressure and thoughtful amenities in the room. We booked this hotel a second time after our first stay. Uyuni is a small place, this hotel is all but a 3 minute cab drive to the main drag. We walked and had no problem getting around.

We arrived and although our room was ready, there was a foul smell in one of the corners. When we informed the staff, we were told it was the smell of the wood *shrug*. The smell persisted during our entire stay. The room was large and the bed was comfortable and clean. The water was brown for about 2 of the 3 days but we were told it was b/c of the rains. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is not good, it is in the edge of town and surrounded by flooded dirt roads. The most bizarre part of our stay was the detailed inspection of our rooms, bed, sheets, towels right before we checked out. The staff even took pics of the towels and sheets. Because we are decent human beings and generally clean and considerate, we did not make a mess of our room, towels, and sheets and we weren't charged any additional fees, but I do believe this deserves a mention. I have traveled throughout the world and this is the first time I encounter a required detailed inspection of our room before leaving.

Property with very few rooms. Rooms are clean. Lots of outlets. Breakfast has limited options. A lot of noise from the top floor. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom tub/shower combination very difficult to enter and exit. Water pressure very low. We stayed for two nights and there was no room service offered. Outside area not nice but inside was clean and comfortable. No A/C.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean and great room, very spacious and comfortable! Staff is excellent and good management. Tours office for Uyuni is at the hotel, hence it is quite easy to communicate and coordinate hotel and tour! Highly recommended!
