This is a family apartment, very well maintained since the 70s, which keeps the cachet and the decoration. We are looking for attentive tenants, who would appreciate feeling "at home".
Spectacular view of the valley and the mountains from all rooms.

No wifi, 4G is very good. A mini TV, a DVD player, a period radio, board games, card games, comics and books are available.
The apartment consists of:
A large entrance, with a wardrobe for shoes and down jackets.
3 double bedrooms (double beds), with chests of drawers and storage shelves.
Bathroom with recent glass shower, sink, a small washing machine. Hairdryer.
Separate WC.
A kitchen open to the living and dining room, with recent electric hob, a small fridge, an oven, a dishwasher. Small equipment: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, hand blender.
Electric heaters.

2nd floor without elevator - Outdoor parking at the foot of the building - Closed ski box on the first floor. 350 meters (5 minutes walk) from the departure for the slopes by the Molanès gondolas - purchase of passes possible online or on site. Ski rental shop "La Godille" 600 metres away.

Out of ski season, all mountain activities are possible: hiking in the Ubaye or Saint-Pons valleys, rafting/canyoning on the Ubaye, swimming at the Jausiers lake, horse riding, bike rental in Pra-Loup and Barcelonnette, tree climbing, Barcelonnette golf course, etc...

A technical sheet will be sent for the opening and closing of the apartment. Keys handed over and collected on site by a concierge service. Linen not provided.
Cleaning 60€ or done by you (all equipment is available on site)
No 2-day rental during the winter school holidays

L'appartement est très bien et très fonctionnel (salle de bains très agréable même pour les grands, cuisine avec beaucoup d’équipements) et grand, on ne se marche pas dessus. L'immeuble est très calme, on n'entend aucun bruit. Il faut prévoir 5mn de marche pour descendre au télécabine, arrêt des navettes a proximité.Et Sophie est à l’écoute et disponible.
