Although this may be called a flat, you imagine yourself in a chalet. The decoration is truly beautiful. With an eye for detail, a lot of wood has been used in the furnishing and finishing. Really very atmospheric!
The garden with large terrace and lawn is a summer enrichment for the apartment. Take the outdoor sauna where you can relax after an active day
Uttendorf is a small and convenient village located between the ski resorts of Zell am See /Kaprun and Kitzbühel. A top location for active winter sports enthusiasts who also like variety. Your holiday address is centrally located, and at the same time wonderfully quiet.
And then summer. Explore the area on foot or by bike. Many routes through the mountain landscape await you. Or spend a day at the swimming lake that can be reached on foot in a few minutes

Rundum zufrieden!

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöne moderne und saubere Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Highlight war die Sauna im Garten, die zum Entspannen nach den zahlreichen Ausflügen super war.

De vakantiewoning voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Appartement is super netjes en perfect afgewerkt. Vooral de twee aanwezig badkamers waren erg fijn. Het enige wat iets beter zou kunnen is de het aantal aanwezige pannen om te koken. Dat zou iets uitgebreider mogen zijn. Ligging is er rustig en prima uitval basis naar de verschillende ski gebieden.
