Enzian Lodge 194 is a charming semi-detached house with an inviting terrace and sun lounging area, perfect for up to six people.



The open living area with light wooden surfaces and cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to gather after a day in the mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape from the wonderful terrace.

Enzian Lodge 194 offers impressive mountain views, which you can enjoy from the wonderful terrace. You can reach the nearest lift in just a few minutes' walk. In summer, the shared barbecue area offers the opportunity to spend a pleasant evening grilling with the whole family and friends.

Further important information

Your arrival:

The mountain road up to Enzingerboden, located at 1,500 metres, is well-asphalted and very well cleared in winter. Snow chains or all-wheel drive are nevertheless an advantage in the Alps during this season. Shopping facilities are available down in the Uttendorf valley (17 km), where you will find everything you need!



Leisure activities:

Not far from your lodge is a reservoir, which unfortunately is not suitable for swimming. In the valley, the Uttendorf bathing lake awaits you with plenty of water fun. Children will enjoy the children's area with a slide, whilst adults can let off steam on the tennis court or try their hand at stand-up paddling.



Well-known attractions in the area are the Krimml Waterfalls, Europe's highest waterfalls, and the Sigmund Thun Gorge, the perfect place for an easy but impressive gorge hike.



In winter, just 500m from the chalet, the picturesque ski resort "Weißsee Gletscherwelt" awaits young and old: beginners and experienced skiers alike will find extensive slopes here, and ski tourers can enjoy the snow-covered Alps. Children up to 12 years old can use the lift free of charge. With our guest card you will receive a 20% discount on lift passes. Book today!



Bread roll service: A bread roll service is offered by the Alpengasthof Paletti (order directly at the restaurant).



Until approximately 2027, there may be disruptions from a construction site 600 m away. A hydroelectric power station is being built inside the mountain here. The work takes place inside the mountain, so our guests in Tauerndorf will not be disturbed by construction noise.



We ask for your understanding and can promise you that you will still be able to enjoy the wonderful mountain scenery around the Weißsee Glacier.
