I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Although I didn’t check in, I ultimately had to cancel my stay due to multiple issues — yet I was still charged, and my request for a refund was denied despite valid concerns. To begin with, the property did not match the photos presented on the website. The actual condition was far below expectations. The location was also inaccurately listed, which led to significant delays. The road leading to the property was in poor condition, and it took us over an hour to arrive due to misleading directions. Upon arrival, I waited over three hours for someone to provide the key, but no one showed up. Additionally, the listing falsely advertises that the property is seaside and has a private beach. In reality, it is neither located by the sea nor near a safe swimming area. The closest shoreline is not suitable for swimming, especially for children or inexperienced swimmers. Given the misrepresentation and poor customer service, I would not recommend booking this property. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience that I hope others can avoid.
