Clean and Value was great for the motel. Need a new sign on the property as it was difficult to find at night. Need a lock on the outside door entrance to the parking lot.

LF is a tired town, but trying to get back on its feet. Hotel older and dated, but mostly clean and the staff was helpful.
Very disappointed. The rugs were stained. The smell in the room was so bad I had to ask for another room. The staff, except for 1 house keeper who was very pleasant to be exact, the only one. The front desk booth morning and night were not one bit friendly. Almost like I had a nerve to ask a question. As I stayed I had to be switched to a different room. BOTH rooms I had to go to the desk for toilet paper as there was none in either room.¹I'm glad this happened to me as I had rented these for my daughter as a Christmas get away and she couldn't make it so I went instead. Glad she wasn't disappointed by this place. I say research before you get a room. Will not return.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had a great stay but was disappointed this time. They vacuumed the hallway at 7:45 AM, there were hairs in the bath tub and the toilet was dirty.

Stayed here while attending a wedding close by. I was a bit skeptical and didn't expect much from this hotel but was pleasantly surprised to find it clean comfortable and roomy. The hotel staff was very pleasant
The only hotel in Little Falls and I was surprised at how comfortable I felt. The hotel is a bit worn but clean with a friendly staff.

The hotel was fine. The restaurant was good. Nice that it was under the same roof. Would have liked a continental breakfast but okay that food was available if we wanted to pay. Liked the movies right next door.
We ended up with a non smoking room after requesting smoking in our reservation, front desk was a bit gruff, wedding was planned so no parking had to park a block away and stay up to wait on a parking space since the place we were in said no overnight parking... noisy with the wedding ect... over all wouldn't stay there again, or recomend to a friend. But would go to cafe there to eat again friendly staff, and good decent priced food..
