For facility or service, I would NOT classify this as an hotel. I have traveled quite extensively covering all continents, in business and for pleasure, and this one was the worst of all with good margen. To avoid.

Un très mauvais séjour arriver à 21h fatigué du bruit jusqu'à 1h30 du matin car chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec des travailleurs d origines étrangères et sans respect pour les voisines à leurs chambres parler très fort claquement des portes pendant des heures nous sommes partis fatigué nous ne reviendrons plus jamais
