The apartment is in a good location. You can walk easily to the main shopping street, restaurants, the port, and across the street you can buy groceries. The communication was easy and quick.

This was one of the most beautiful, progressive, state of the arts in amenities home I’ve ever stayed in. The landlord was very interactive and gave me not only suggestions of area sight seeing and local points of interest but websites that gave info which was helpful in my decision making. She was very easy to connect with and responded within minutes of any inquiries I had. I would highly recommend Patagonia Homes to anyone interested in a home away from home. Melba, NJ-USA. Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!).

It’s a beautiful apartment. Very close to the downtown with heaps of restaurants and information booths about tours etc. the view from the huge windows is epic. The wifi could have been a bit stronger.

Amazing place to stay in Ushuaïa

The apartment was really great for our family of 5. We stayed for 5 nights and loved the view of the bay. The apartment is warm and cozy, hot shower, very clean, high ceilings, and very quiet as it is at the back of the building and not on the main street. The kitchen is nice and big, but could use a few more essentials. We mentionned this to the host and she said she would look at adding more. The wifi was ok, but didn’t work in the bedroom, she said she will also look into this for future rentals. The walk to the Main Street is only about 5-10 minutes and the grocery store is a 5 minute walk. We had a great stay in Ushuaïa and highly recommend this apartment. The hosts are super friendly, were very easy to reach via Whatsapp and very helpful.
