Clean room, panoramic views for breakfast and accommodating staff. Even if it is located up on a hill, it is worth staying in my opinion. Also, free coffee/ hot chocolate, water station, and some pastries up on 4th floor from 3-11 pm is just wonderful. Wish I just stayed there for my entire trip!

Everything. Wonderful welcome on arrival. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to a lovely suite which was Scotland and everything lovely and new. I believe all rooms were to this standard. Gorgeous breakfast/snack room on the top floor with 360° views. Always a welcome space to relax.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel and staff . We had an apartment it was unfortunately over the entrance and the road . It appears all cars and motorcycles in Ushuaia have no exhaust silencers. They drive around all through the night . We were there for 3 nights and by the time we left we were exhausted due to such poor quality of sleep .
