The separate, newly developed semi-detached house is located on a secluded, fenced plot with a view of the Peene River (200 m). The furnishings are comfortable. The second half of the house is occupied by the owner, who is only occasionally on site. There are excellent fishing opportunities close to the property and a bathing area is approx. 200 metres away. The holiday home has a large living/dining room on the ground floor (upholstered seating area, dining area, fireplace, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed in each, additional bed with trundle bed in one bedroom), complete kitchenette with electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave, shower/WC, insect screens, central heating. There is a terrace, barbecue, cot and car parking space. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.
