the old post was completely renovated in 2016/2017 as a holiday home for groups and large families of 6-16 people.

the house stands on a large natural plot with a winter garden for the cooler evenings, swings, digging boxes, beach chairs, a large terrace with a large table for the whole group, ponds, a double carport and a grill ensure relaxation.
Carnin is a small place that is known for the railway lift bridge, which can be seen as a monument from afar.
meadows, fields and lots of water surround the place, which is ideal for hikes, walks, cycling and nature observation. two small ports and the lotent tower provide the maritime flair.
in the big house there is a sauna and 2 fireplaces and sleeping facilities for up to 14 people.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Alles vorhanden für unsere Gruppe (9 Personen). Weitläufiges uriges Gelände. Die Ostsee ist leicht zu erreichen, aber auch in der Umgebung kann man gut Urlaub machen. Es waren leider nur 3 Tage.

Erholsames Wochenende

Wir haben in großer Familienrunde ein wunderbares langes Wochenende in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Sehr netter Empfang und Check in, Frau Pasch war für alle Fragen und Wünsche schnell erreichbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir alle haben den schönen Garten sehr genossen, gespielt, am Feuer gesessen. Die Kuchen, Bäder und alle Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Schöne, ruhige Gegend. Wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben in einer größeren Runde Silvester vor Ort verbracht und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, diverse Töpfe in allen Größen sind vorhanden, Müsliprodukte, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker und eine wirklich sehr gute Auswahl an Gewürzen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war super und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren 5 befreundete Pärchen; hatten reichlich Platz. Zu beachten ist, dass das Zimmer mit dem Doppelstockbett nicht für Personen über 60 kg genutzt werden darf und nur 4 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten wären dann im "Durchgangsbereich". Sodass wir das das Gartenhäuschen mit genutzt haben. Viel Platz für viele Gäste, ausreichend Geschirr, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich Platz zum Grillen, chillen und gemütlichem Beisammensein am Lagerfeuer. Das Grundstück wird nur durch Feriengäste genutzt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Genügend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf Usedom

Wir (10 Personen) haben die ruhige Lage am Haff sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Garten bietet viel Platz zum draußen Spielen und am Feuer sitzen. Ein optimaler Ort für unser Familientreffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Silvester Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut, für eine große Gruppe war genügend Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden. Es sah nur leider so aus , als wurde das Haus schon lange nicht gereinigt. Ich musste erstmal alles reinigen. Im Winter ist das Haus leider nicht zu empfehlen, wir mussten sehr viel heißen. Es kühlt sich sehr schnell ab. Der m*3 kostet 3,50€,man sollte lieber mit den zwei vorhandenen Öfen(Holz kostenlos) heizen. Gas ist nicht um Mietpreis vorhanden, wird am Ende abgerechnet. Die Bilder vom Haus sind leider nicht mehr ganz aktuell!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Garten ist schön groß mit Grillplatz, zur Not gibt es noch einen 2. Vollausstattung mal wörtlich genommen. Waschmaschine, Mixer, sogar Kuchen könnte man backen. Frau Pasch ist eine sehr nette Frau, die bei den kleinsten Kleinigkeiten sofort zu Stelle war und es auch nicht übel genommen hat, das mein Enkelkind den Schlüssel eingpackt hat, weil ein kleiner Ball dran war. Mir war es schon peinlich, aber hat sich wieder angefunden. Also immer gern wieder.

Für Gruppen idyllisch und in guter Lage

Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr herzlich und kommunikativ. Das Haus/Grundstück ist groß und die Schafe ein Highlight für Kinder. Das Inserat ist aus unserer Sicht etwas durcheinander beschrieben. Es gibt 4 reguläre Schlafräume mit 2-3 Schlafgelegenheiten plus 2 Sofabetten im Wohnzimmer und 2 weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten in Durchgangsbereichen. Es gibt 2 Vollbäder und eine weitere Toilette. An Küchenausstattung ist soweit alles da und die Besucher lassen scheinbar auch immer was da, sodass bspw. Tee, Mehl und Gewürze etc. vorhanden sind. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung und wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir sind zwei befreundete Familien und mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Teenagern und 3 Kindern angereist. Das Haus bot für jeden von uns etwas. Jeder hatte genug Platz, es war gemütlich, toll eingerichtet, der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Der grosse Tisch drinnen und draußen, die Feuerstelle, der Garten, die vielen Zimmer….., für jedes Wetter was zum wohlfühlen, einfach herrlich! Die Kinder konnten spielen, den Garten erkunden, in der Sandkiste buddeln, im Kirschbaum schaukeln, Tischtennis spielen und das Highlight waren die 4 Schafe, die man streicheln und füttern durfte. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Anfang des Dorfes, so dass man niemandem stört, sollten die Kinder mal lauter durch den Garten toben. Wir können das Haus zum Urlaub machen nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen! Wir wünschen der Familie Pasch weiterhin alles Gute! Beste Grüße aus Thüringen

Studienfreunde treffen sich nach der Pandemie

Gutes Objekt für eine Gruppe mit vielen Urlaubern ( 10 Personen), sogar ein Paar aus den USA, ruhige Lage war für uns sehr angenehm , weil die meisten 70 J. und älter sind, wir konnten 5 angenehme Tage miteinander verbringen, da auch die Vermieter den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich machten.
