There is no shortage of "Pousada's", or bed and breakfasts, in the Urubici area. It seems to be the main cottage industry (pun kind of intended). This was a great place though, off the beaten track so it was very quiet and private. However, it was still just a few minutes from the main road and a great launching point for local attractions. The cabins themselves are very cute, comfortable, and well maintained. The common area was equally welcoming, in good repair, and clean. The hosts were wonderful. They provided us a very tasty breakfast with their home made jams and juice. Given the time of the year, we were also presented with tasty "pinho" which were baked on the top of their wood stove in the common area. The hosts also provided us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do. They were very knowledgeable about things that people like us would like to do and were very generous with their suggestions. Overall, this was an excellent experience and we will certainly stay there again.

Pousada muito boa, fiquei hospedado no chalé muito confortável, bem decorado, limpo e moderno, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, cafê da manhã muito gostoso preparado com muito carinho pelos anfitriões Dona Julia e Seu Carlos que são uma simpatia e sempre uma boa prosa acompanhando o café, minha esposa disse que parece cenário da serie da Netflix Virgen Rivers.

A hospedagem foi incrível! O café da manhã, repleto de comidas caseiras e deliciosas, fez toda a diferença, tudo preparado com muito carinho. Os proprietários são extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores. A localização é perfeita, próxima à cidade e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, o que tornou nosso passeio muito mais prático.
