GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS This rental is made under the ordinary conditions and law in such matters and in particular to these below, that the Tenant is obliged to perform, under penalty of damages.
A) arrival times are normally scheduled for Saturday afternoons between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. by appointment, by phone. Departure times are normally scheduled on Saturday morning and by appointment imperative. B) It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal: - The tenant; less than a month before the rental takes effect, when possible, the tenant loses the deposit paid. - From the owner; within 45 days refund of the deposit paid in the month following the withdrawal.
C) A delay in arrival, or early departure, does not generate any compensation or reduction in rent.
D) Obligation to occupy the premises and to live in them "as a good father", to maintain and take care of them. All the installations are in good working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the tenant.
E) Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant, or his family.
F) The premises are rented furnished with the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom equipment as listed in the description attached hereto. If applicable, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the tenant, at his departure, the price of cleaning the rented premises (fixed at 80 euros), the total value of the replacement price for broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture, or equipment. The price of cleaning equipment of all kinds, dirty or damaged, will be deducted from the deposit of 400 euros.
G) The tenant certifies having a civil liability insurance. The owner having insurance against rental risks, the tenant agrees to notify him, within 24 hours, of any incident occurring in the accommodation or its accessories.
H) The security deposit must be paid by check. Uncashed, it will be returned at the latest within ten days of the tenant's departure, except in the event of deduction.
I) A tourist tax of € 0.70 per adult per day above the age of 18 (paid to the EPCI in Basque country) will be requested and paid at the same time as the balance.
In summary, On arrival, the tenant gives the owner a check for € 400 deposit and a check for € 80 for cleaning. These checks will only be cashed if there is damage or if cleaning is required. At the end of the stay, the tenant will pay the amount of the tourist tax depending on the number of people. (due for adults from 18 years old)

Très joli endroit , mais très isolé
La résidence :
Positif : Résidence fleuries et impeccablement propre et bien entretenue.
Négatif : Résidence très isolée à 5 km d’HENDAYE, rien aux alentours, obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller dans un bar ou pour manger dans un restaurant. Point noir pour le téléphone portable car nous sommes dans une zone blanche ou il est très difficile d’avoir du réseau malgré un répéteur de signal et une wifi partagée très vite saturée.

La terrasse :
Positif : Magnifique vue sur la mer au loin et sur la piscine devant.
Négatif : Terrasse à l’ombre toute la journée et aux courants d’air.
Le coin cuisine :
Positif : Cuisine complète avec un grand plan de travail et un lave-vaisselle.
Négatif : Le réfrigérateur n’a pas de freezer : pas de glaçons pour l’apéritif et pas la possibilité de prendre des glaces pour les enfants.
La salle de bain :
Positif : Salle de bain claire et bien chauffée avec un grand sèche serviettes.
Négatif : Très petite et petite baignoire difficile pour prendre un vrai bain pour un adulte.
Chambre :
Positif : Bonne literie. Petite fenêtre pour aération
Négatif : Éclairage capricieux et difficile à utiliser. Les portes de placard fonctionne mal.
