Hotel service is very excellent. You can send an email to ask for the tour, bus ticket reservation and airport transfer. They will reply very quickly. It helped me a lot especially bus ticket reservation from Ürgüp to Pamukkale. The room size is acceptable and it is very clean. We could check in straightaway when we arrived hotel. It was very amazing since we took overnight plane to there. Location is good since you can walk to the center in 10 to 15 minutes. When you walk to the center , you still can see different scenery near hotel.

Disliked: Room comfort

The Surban -good property but beds were hard and layout increased noise level

The staff were great, very friendly. The building and decorations were great; the breakfast room was sensationally decorated with loads of artifacts. The breakfast was very good and extensive. The location was o.k., a walk uphill back from the centre of town though. At the time of our stay in July the terrace had two tables and one umbrella; more furniture and some potted plants would have made it a great place to relax. The only negative was the beds (very hard) and due to the design of the building with rooms off a long wooden corridor it was a very noisy place - lots of Europeans talking loudly and slaming doors very late at night; difficult for staff to manage. Also there were some families staying and the children wandered freely in the bar area; hard to have a quiet drink and talk about the day when teenagers have taken over an area - maybe some areas should be "adults only" rather than leaving it up to the families to be considerate of other guests.

L'hotel Surban ha un ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. E' in buona posizione, si puo' andare in centro a piedi. Il personale e' cordiale, internet e' stabile e veloce, ottima la colazione a buffet.
