Chad’s Place is along Rt. 220 and approximately 2/10ths a mile from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon where you may enjoy hiking, hunting, and fishing the South Branch River! Chad’s Place is a spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Chad’s place has a furnished front porch and back patio where you can enjoy the spacious yard area for family fun activities such as corn hole, grilling, or relaxing by the fire pit! Fire wood is available for purchase on site for $5.00. We do allow pets for an extra charge of $50 per stay.
We also have an extra cot and air mattress in the master bathroom closet if you would like to use those also.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

Winter weekend getaway

Chad's place is a quaint, nice place, well furnished and accommodating. Priced very fairly. We had snow while staying there and they came and cleared it out for us. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.Eldon O.

Wonderful Family reunion in Upper Tract, WV

Location is perfectly central to all that we wanted to do. Size & amenities were great. We enjoyed the visits for the neighborhood cat. Host very attentive. Only wish he had more vacation homes just like this one, because we were unable to book with him next year for the same week. He was so helpful in trying to find us another location near this one. Great place!

Very clean and cutely decorated. Well stocked with things you may need. Downstairs was cooled down when we arrived. Window air conditioners quickly cooled down the upstairs. Only downside was Wifi not strong enough for tv watching. We will stay again when we visit the area!
