Untertauern is a small but pretty town, beautifully located on the north side of the Radstädter Tauern Pass. The historic town is more than 1,000 metres above sea level and appears to have had a post house as far back as Roman times. There is evidence that the first hotel in Untertauern was established in the 14th century.

As a winter sports enthusiast, the region is just right for you! The Obertauern ski area and the Radstadt ski area can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Obertauern is known for its snow guarantee. Do you prefer cross-country skiing? Then discover the cross-country fun on the Gnadenalm. Here you will find 15 km of well-prepared cross-country ski runs.

In summer, you will enjoy pure relaxation in Untertauern. During a beautiful hike through the mountains, take a break in one of the rustic mountain huts and enjoy tasty local dishes. For culture lovers, a day trip to the Mozart city of Salzburg is a must from here

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf, het appartement was erg netjes afgewerkt, goed uitgerust en comfortabel. 2 Badkamers waren ideaal als je 's ochtends op tijd naar de piste wilde. Met de skibus ben je daar in 20 min.

Michaela und ihre Familie sind äußerst aufmerksame Gastgeber und stehen jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Der Brötchen-Service am Morgen macht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie in einem Hotel. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, tadellos sauber und ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war top - neuwertig, sauber und schön möbliert. Das Highlight war der große Balkon mit herrlichem Blick in die Radstädter Tauern. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausfüge in die schöne Umgebung, z. B. nach Obertauern oder Radstadt. Zahlreiche Ferienaktivitäten sind möglich (Biken, Bergwandern, Schwimmen, Klettern,… ) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nahezu perfekte Ferienwohnung...

Die Ferienwohnung ist leicht abseits der der Tauernstrasse in einem wunderschönen Tal gelegen und hatte wirklich alles zu bieten, was man sich alles Urlauber so vorstellt. Die Wohnung mit 2 Bädern war komplett ausgestattet und hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Einzig und alleine hätte man sich gewünscht, dass ab der Ferienwohnung der eine oder andere Wanderweg einfacher zu erreichen ist, da musste doch der Bus oder das Auto herhalten. Ein Radweg ist allerdings in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem sind sie Vermieter super nett...Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
