Feel rested and at peace when you stay in the rustic yet chic cabin known as the Lazy Larch. This self-contained 230 sq. ft. cabin is full of cozy charm and warmth. Nestled in the middle of a small field, it offers views of the pond, a tamarack forest, and stunning sunsets from the covered deck. In the winter months, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or walking the 2 to 5 km loops of trails. Our resident chickens provide fresh farm eggs for breakfast, and we supply the coffee and tea to start your day right. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a full fridge, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you'll require.

Just 6 km from Rocky Mountain House, our property is a short drive to the beautiful Abraham Lake and the community of Nordegg. Crimson Lake is only 15 minutes away, offering opportunities for boating, paddleboarding, and enjoying lovely beaches. There are also countless backcountry trails perfect for horseback riding.
