Very nice suite completely independent with its private bathroom
Very nice guesthouse, consisting of a totally independent suite: double room + ensuite and private bathroom (WC + Italian shower + basin sink) with a refined look. The entrance to this room is also independent since the house is on one level on two different floors. The room is on the lower floor and overlooks a lovely flat and pleasant garden, enjoying a view over the mountains of Pilat and the Velay. The bedroom is separated with movable walls (Japanese blinds) a games room, a living room (TV) area, a dining area optionally (dining table) and a brand in this office space about 60 m2!

2 windows giving great clarity to the whole.
Very quiet and very little vis-à-vis with the neighborhood.
2 very sunny terraces, play area for kids, wooden cabin, porch swing + slide, possibility to park the vehicle in the property (large parking) or in front of the selection, automatic lighting at night to mark your arrival in good conditions .
Warm and friendly. We love the contact with people and share a discussion with them.

Nous ne savions pas que ce logement était une chambre d'hôte et au sous sol de surcroît donc forcément dessus sinon propriétaire sympathique et logement propre.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils. L'espace extérieur est bien aménagé. Pour l'intérieur il reste beaucoup de finition à faire et revoir l'agencement. pas de porte pour les toilettes et salle de bain mais un rideau...Il manque un peu de chauffage.
