Magnificent villa. Very private

Experience was amazing. Villa was magnificent. Truly beautiful place to stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thankyou so much for our inhouse dinner - it was amazing food!!! Manager was extremely helpful with organising transport, etc. Pool beautiful. Worthwhile to check with manager prior to arrival and get his contact number prior to getting there .... in case of communication problems in off season :) Fantastic destination ... wont disappoint!!

Truly Amazing!

One of the best villas we have stayed in! We were a group of 11 with 3 young kids, 1,4,5 year old. The Villa was huge, luxurious and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spacious, comfy beds and lovely views of the paddy fields. The garden was well maintained, we saw peacocks, lizards and monkeys! The kids loved the pool. Indoors they had a large selection of books, magazines, games and a portable bose speaker made all the difference, no one was bored! Not only was the villa amazing, the staff were also amazing. They really looked after us. There was a butler, helper, chef, nightwatchman and gardener. They were friendly, always at hand if we needed them yet they were unobstrusive. The chef can make you breakfast, lunch, dinner (you just pay for the ingredients). We ate in most evening as the chef cooked amazing sri lankan dishes. While we were there it was my husband birthday and they organised a delicious barbeque by the pool with candles lit around the garden. They really made it special. Manju the butler was always at hand to help, he would organise cabs and trips for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back to Galle Henna Estate.
