Housekeeping staff very noisy

This not a hotel, it's like suites only. Very noisy from housekeeper at morning time, and at night from family's guest. Plus the price is not responsible I don't recommend it for all.

hotels.com was the mean reason for such confusion

I did not stay due to hotels.com mess up my reservation, though I had a confirmation the hotel was not informed and I had to look for another hotel in other city... It was a terrible experience....
