Vila Alpa is situated in a quiet area 300 meters from the beach and 1 km from the ancient town of Umag. It offers free private parking and a shared roof terrace with a free hot tub. The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a kitchen with oven, a fridge with freezer, a kitchen with electric fireplaces, a living room with a sofa for two people and a table with chairs, a furnished balcony, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, and free wifi. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the park.
For the hydromassage bath upon arrival, it is required to book the hours for use one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. In low season periods when all apartments are not occupied, the whirlpools can be used more than two hours a day.

Just 500 m there is the Lorenzo Italian restaurant with a choice of fish dishes, hors d'oeuvres, first courses, and desserts. Just 200 m there is the tourist train station that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and along the promenade comes to Umag center and vice versa. In the center visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, and a walk along the famous Umag Dam. For those who enjoy the gym on the waterfront, there is a free outdoors, nearby the Lorenzo restaurant offers great fish dishes. Shopping is worth a few miles to Kaufland or Plodine, which are the two most convenient supermarkets in the city.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
