The spacious apartment for up to 8 guests is located on the first floor. The apartment’s highlight is its convenient location, allowing you to reach the city center on foot and easily access all essential services such as supermarkets, bars, a pharmacy, and a bank. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a covered terrace. In the garden, guests can enjoy the shared barbecue area with a table and chairs, as well as a shared playground. Free public parking is available in front of the house.

The comfortable apartment is furnished in a simple style and features three bedrooms. The first bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, the second bedroom has three single beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is included and changed weekly.

The first bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, and toilet. The second bathroom features a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided, two per person, and are changed weekly.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner gas stove and one electric burner, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. In the dining area, you will find a table and 8 chairs, air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, and access to the covered terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the street and the garden.
Free public parking is available in front of the house, and guests need to cross the main road to reach it.

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, consisting of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants, as well as a few apartment buildings. -to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
-for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
-to use the accommodation equipment with care,
-to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
-to inform us of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
