Our villa is located in a very quiet village, but it's close to everything you need. It is just 450 meters away from the beaches and 4 km from Umag city center.
As we do in tourism for 25 years, you can be sure that the garden and other in-and out-Villa facilities are maintained and cared for, and to meet high standards, ensuring a fantastic and relaxing atmosphere for you and your holiday.

Unser Aufenthalt (dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal) wieder wunderbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Familie Paris, welcher das Objekt gehört superfreundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Great stay

The house is very nice, clean and with modern furniture. Beds are very comfortable, the garden is nice and well maintained, the pool has a great size and you can even take a small swim. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a very small village near Umag, the only downside is the road close by, but you get used to the slight traffic noise.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist hervorragend, sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Pool groß und super zum Schwimmen. Alle Altersgruppen haben es genossen.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem wirklich tollen Haus

Alles in allem war es eine wundervolle Zeit, die wir im Hause der Fam. Paris erleben durften. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und absolut gepflegt. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist vorhanden und sehr großzügig gehalten. Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig überprüft und gesäubert. Auch die Bettwäsche wurde zur Halbzeit gewechselt. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die vorhandene Außenküche, Grillfreunde werden hier begeistert sein. Ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist die vorhandene Außentoilette. Einzig die etwas laute Hauptstraße trübt die Bewertung ein wenig. Aber nach einem Tag hört man diese schon nicht mehr. Das Meer befindet sich in ca. 200 m Entfernung und auch ein kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Knapp 50 m entfernt ist das Restaurant Golf. Dieses können wir ebenfalls absolut empfehlen. Bitte das Restaurant San Pellegrin meiden, dieses ist ca. 100 m weiter. Hier ist das Essen schrecklich. Wir hoffen mit dieser kurzen Bewertung ein wenig weiter helfen zu können. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und freuen uns bereits heute auf ein Wiedersehen.

Villa Paris empfehlenswert

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Man hatte alles was benötigt wird und kann weiterempfohlen werden. Einziger Manko ist evtl. die naheliegende Hauptstraße.

Schönes Haus in Istrien

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Man hat sehr viel Platz auch auf der großen und Terrasse. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gaben uns sehr gute Restauranttipps. Leider konnte man in der direkten Umgebung vom Haus nicht im Meer schwimmen und es gab auch keinen schönen Platz zum liegen, wir sind etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem Strand gefahren. Dafür war der Pool am Haus zum Abkühlen perfekt. Leider ist die Straße nur sehr stark befahren und laut. Alles in allem war ws ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Top Haus, ganz ganz herzliche Vermieter

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Sauber, alles vorhanden, man ist sehr schnell in Umag, sehr schnell zu Fuß am Wasser, 3 Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr herzlich, waren immer ansprechbar, haben sich um alles gekümmert. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthalts gesäubert. Alles sehr zu empfehlen

Schöner Urlaub im Traumhaus!

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Durch die Klimaanlage ist es im Haus auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Bis zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit! Zusammengefasst: Ein erholsamer Urlaub im wunderschönen Haus mit Pool und Meeresnähe.

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub in einem erstklassigen Haus

Dieses Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Ganz ganz toll. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Pool ist genial. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Familie Paris als Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Eine sehr freundliche Familie. Wirklich eine top Villa, die man jedem weiterempfehlen kann.
