In its magical natural environment you will find a lot of tranquility.
The villa is built in typical Istrian style, has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a hobby room.
Within the villa you will also find a SPA with Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a relaxation room.
You will also have access to the 42 m2 outdoor swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with fireplace, covered parking and a large 2600 m2 garden with fruit trees.
To ensure greater privacy, the estate is duly fenced and the absence of architectural barriers make it the ideal place for people with special needs (wheelchair users)
During the renovation of this old Istrian stone house, we paid particular attention to the conservation and use of native materials and objects, which gave the house new life while keeping the charm of the past intact.
To keep the entire structure cool and warm, we use renewable energy sources with low energy consumption.

Absolutely perfect !
This house has it all ! Pool is much bigger than the pictures shows, Wellness area was lovely. Many great places to eat in the nearby villages.
Beach also close by.
Renovation was done with a lot of love for the details.

Wedding in Villa Lemaliante
We got married in Villa Lemaliante and stayed a few days afterwards. With its big spaces (that held our 100 invited people at the ceremony) and typical Istrian details it made our special day even more special. Those who slept there had a very comfortable rest in those big and soft beds and really enjoyed the whirlpool and the sauna among the peaceful surroundings.
