The modest flat is located on the first floor of a family house that still offers a flat and a bedroom with bathroom for rent (two-room flat for 3 people on the ground floor and the bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor). The house has a beautiful garden and a private car park on the property.
The Luciana2 flat is in an excellent location, just 200 metres from the beach. The property is located in a quiet and comfortable area, ideal for those who do not like to travel by car on holiday. The nearest rocky beach is only 200 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a meadow and an olive grove. The pebble beach, where sun loungers and parasols can be hired, is just 300 metres away, while the sandy beach is 850 metres away.
The flat with its own entrance has a living area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living area consists of an equipped kitchen: fridge, cooker with 4 electric burners, coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, dining table with 3 chairs, two armchairs, chest of drawers, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area you have a beautiful sea view from the window. The complete bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and cupboard, two bath towels per person (changed weekly). The area is surrounded by private houses, small condominiums, olive groves, meadows, near the beaches are natural (rocky) a little crowded for those who love peace and the clear sea. At a distance of a few hundred metres there are equipped beaches. The pebble beach, where sun loungers and parasols can be rented, is only 350 metres away, while the sandy beach is 850 metres away. The excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood are recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine. At the edge of the beaches you will find various fast food restaurants and bars. There is no shortage of beautiful, quiet areas for coastal walks. Close to the tourist village of Savudrija, the Savudrija campsite and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is very popular for its variety of beaches: sandy, pebbly and rocky for every need and taste.
The centre of Bašanija is 400 m away, where you will find the grocery shop, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, bakery and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. In the centre of Umag, to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, take a walk along the famous Umag embankment, explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town or visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground by the water. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or evenings out. Very interesting is the artist village Grožnjan, Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, known for the film festival that takes place every year at the end of July. The village of Livade is well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč.
