Have stayed there before and it was better than this time. Patrons above were very noisy even at 2 and 3am. Microwave was too high to reach, therefore unusable. no soap holder in the shower. no usuable storage for breakfast cereals etc, Won't stay there again

Rooms have double bed that is old school so when you sit up in bed it runs away on wheels. Was excited that wine glasses in fridge cold ready for wine but they were all dirty. Outside lights shine in bedroom all night. No tv in main bedroom. Shower has no pressure but was hot. New flooring installed and looks amazing

As a late arrival due to kids still packing 5 min before we were to leave, was no worry at all a quick call to reception before 17:45 had it all sorted for you with an SMS with a code to access the key/card and the room number
