The large timber deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunrise. Light filled rooms and an abundance of glass invites the outdoors into the open plan living area.
The Mollymook area is renowned for its white sand and pristine waters. Dine out at the famous seafood restaurant Rick Stein's and Bannisters By The Sea Pool Bar just 100 metres down the road. Situated only 20 metres from the stairway to Mollymook Beach, this is the perfect coastal destination you can experience.

The view was even more spectacular than the photos. We saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. The bedrooms, especially the ones downstairs, have incredible views of the ocean. Great house for a family. We will be back.

Spectacular Views Made a Great Holiday
The property was excellent overall.Outdoor furniture, screen door and single beds need replacing but this is easily done.Internet access is needed also.But we loved the space, views, cleanliness and location.Important to note that some days are not for the beach, so space and outlook are important.Would definitely stay there again.

Very unique spot with outstanding ocean views from nearly every point of the house. very spacious and home like, neat and tidy and close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I could recommend investing in is a modern smart tv with Netflix etc other then that was really happy with the place and would definitely recommend staying here.

Spectacular Views
Peaceful, relaxed , happy and a little sunburnt is what I felt when I left this lovely holiday house. The house is very clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views of the ocean, Mollymook Beach, Pigeon House Mountain and Ulladulla Light House. Loved our stay and will book again next year.
