This house offers direct access to the areas best surfing and swimming beaches within 50m from your doorstep. Surrounded by coastal foreshore reserve you will be amazed at the wildlife so close to town. Watch Sea Eagles from the deck, the whales migrate past the lighthouse and an array of native birdlife from the living room and bedrooms. Rennie's, Pockets and Ulladulla Bommie Beaches are literally at your doorstep.
There are two undercover parking spots available for guests to use. One of the charms of this location is that despite being completely private and oceanfront, you are only a short walk or drive to the towns shops and takeaway food options.

This property suits nature lovers, beachgoers, surfers, fisherman or anyone else that is looking for a tranquil beach getaway. The beaches adjacent to the house are unpatrolled and access to them is via stairs that may not be suitable for elderly or less mobile people.
