Lovely country cottage in the beautiful nature area near Vedersø Klit.



Welcome to this modern and bright vacation home. Here you can spend a wonderful time with your family or friends. With great extras like swimming pool and jacuzzi you will experience a touch of luxury. Children and the four-legged family member can romp around in the garden and play on the playground equipment. Meanwhile, the adults relax on the terrace with a cool drink and enjoy the sun's rays.



The vacation home area Vedersø/Husby is located in the southernmost part of the Nissum Fjord Nature Park and the Geopark Westjutland. Several mountain bike trails are nearby. Husby Plantation with an enclosed dog forest where your four-legged friend can run free, and a public playground are just a stone's throw away. Husby's large swimming and fishing lake is just a few kilometers away. On the shared areas of the cottage area there are several small lakes and cozy barbecue pavilions, sheep pastures and beautiful nature. In less than 1 km you can reach the North Sea and the white sandy beaches.

Anfangs hatten wir etwas probleme mit der Heizung aber darum wurde sich sofort gekümmert 😊Wir waren im großen und ganzen mit dem Haus zufrieden. Uns haben allerdings paar Sachen-Utensilien in der Küche gefehlt. Wie zum Beispiel scharfe Messer oder paar Schüsseln.

Novasol unzumutbar

Wir waren entsetzt über den Zustand des Hauses. Die Bettdecken, Kissen und der Topper waren teilweise mit gelben Rändern versehen. Unter der Wohnzimmer Coutsch waren teilweise noch Essenreste zu finden, die Deckenlampen haben auch über Monate kein Staubtuch gesehen, unter den Verschlüssen der Waschbecken fanden wir Haare sowie klebrige Substanzen, vom Zustand des Herds sowie des Backofens der mit Haaren an den den seitlichen Abdichtungen behaftet war, möchte ich hier nicht weiter erörtern. Zum Schluss noch der bauliche Zustand einiger Aussenelemte wie z.b. die Mauern die mit roten Dachpfannen verziert waren, die teilweise nur noch zur Hälfte auf den Mauern mit Mörtel befestigt waren und bei einen leichten Berührung runtergefallen wären. Dieser bauliche Zustand ist für Familien mit Kleinkinder unzumutbar. Das Haus wurde durch uns am Samstag Nachmittag 15.04.2023 bezogen, am Montag 17.04.2023 folgte die Mängeanzeige an Novasol am Dienstag 28.04. folgte ein Anruf von Novasol Hamburg auf diese Mängelanzeige mit dem Hinweis, daß man sich darum kümmern werde um dies desolaten Zustände zu Klären, warten heute immer noch auf eine Rückinfo. Eine Familienreise nach Dänemark immer wieder, aber nicht mit Novasol. Mit freundlichen Grüßen R. Czaja
