The house, built in 2011, is located on a spacious lot on 3500 square meters, only 2000 meters from the water, which makes it an ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and the beauty of the beach.
The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.

There are a total of seven bedrooms, including four with double beds, two with two bunkbeds each and one with two single beds, which makes it easy to find the perfect sleeping space for all guests. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the activity room available, which can be used for extra overnight guests.
The house has three modern bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
