When we reached one of the staff members on reception provided one of the worst hospitality I’ve received. Not accommodating. no lift, no phone in room, no caddy, dirty glasses,cold tea, no toilet paper, not welcoming. Waste of money. Also no ettiquettes at all. Won’t recommend

No Elevator carry luggage to 3rd floor without help. Property far from transport so had to carry luggage for about 300mt. Narrow lane and open Serwer on sides of road. Checkout time was changed to 9am where as 10am on booking.

Very good location for Mahakal temple. Goverdan and Bijaya at the reception both were very helpful and always cheerful.
