Unteruhldingen, belonging to the municipality of Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, is not least characterized by its excellent location. Located directly on the lake, Unteruhldingen offers top sights in the immediate vicinity and even houses a world cultural heritage - the pile dwellings. From our apartment, for example, the stilt houses, the reptile museum, the ferry to the flower island of Mainau, the lido, as well as numerous restaurants etc. can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

No matter whether extensive hikes, boat tours, a visit to the Affenberg, the Basilica Birnau, or the stilt houses, our apartment offers you the ideal starting point for your vacation at Lake Constance.

The apartment is a modern three-room maisonette flooded with light in good weather. Via the entre, with a cloakroom, you reach the modern living room (past the stairs that lead up to the open master bedroom). Here you can find a comfortable sofa, a 49 inch flat screen TV, the sunny balcony with garden furniture, and the dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people for dining or one or two board games.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room. In addition to the master bedroom with a large bed, on the upper floor of the apartment, there is a second bedroom with two single beds. Furthermore, the sofa can be pulled out comfortably and thus converted into another bed.
So that everything is well accommodated during your vacation, in addition to an underground parking space for your car, there is also a suitable parking space for your bicycles.

Ortsnähe, Seenähe, Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, WLAN, Check-in super.Neue Senseo und Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine top, Neues Bad top, nur EIN Küchenmesser, das riesig ist. Plastikkochuntensilien sind bruchgefährdet bei größeren Mengen. Eine große Pfanne mit hohem Rand gür z.B. Hackfleischsauce wäre cool, die vorhandenen sind nicht so gut geeignet und die Töpfe empfindlich, daher nicht für Braten etc. geeignet. Ei paar mehr Weingläser wären schön. Sonst herrlich.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Badestrand ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Fahrräder sind eine tolle Alternative, um dem Verkehr auf der Bundesstraße zu entgehen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Bei sommerlicher Hitze wären evtl. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und der Terrassentür eine Alternative.

Erholsame Ferien in einem Wohlfühlapartment

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung 5 min von der Uferpromenade, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Die Duplexgarage erfordert etwas Parkgeschick durch die schräge Rampe. Unteruhldingen bietet keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Diese gibt es in Oberuhldingen.

Entspannt in Unteruhldingen

Herr Kohler ist ein sehr angenehmer und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoß einer kleinen Wohnanlage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen und öffentlichen (kostenfreien) Strandbad ist ist super. Ein Duplex-Stellplatz für PKW und Fahrräder ist in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass der Bodensee-Radweg direkt vorm Grundstück verläuft, nur 4 Km bis nach Meersburg mit der Fähre (15 Minutentakt über 24 Stunden). Die Lage ohne direkte Durchgangsstraße in Unteruhldingen gewährleistet Ruhe,, die Seestraße hinter dem Haus ist nachts ruhig, so lässt sich auch den Balkon gut nutzen. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung. Wie bereits in anderen Kommentaren vermerkt, nicht behindertengeeignet, da zweite Etage ohne Lift. TG - Duplex - pp und damit keine Parkplatzsuche, die dort schwer zu bekommen sind. Haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Oldtimer und Traktorenmuseum sehr gut und umfangreich.

Wir sind vollsten zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung von Hr. Kohler. Sie hat definitiv dazu beigetreten das unser erster 14 tägige Aufenthalt am Bodensee sehr schön war. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht ,sogar ein 2. "Handtuchpaket ".Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr sauber und liegt zentral im Ort . Man kommt schnell zum Bäcker, Gastronomem, Hafen bzw. Fähren und zum Badestrand. Unsere Kinder (5/7) hatten viel Freude mit den vielen vorhanden Kinderbüchern :-). Wir können die Whg.nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce très bel appartement, très bien entretenu et équipé. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, nous ne parlons pas allemand mais le propriétaire nous a accueillis en anglais, c’etait Très agréable. Je recommande vivement. L’endroit est calme et bien situé, idéal pour visiter le lac.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Radweg, See, Bäcker und Restaurants sowie Imbiss, Kiosk und Bankautomat in näherer Umgebung. Ausflugsziele sind gut per Rad erreichbar. Schiffanlegestelle in geringer Entfernung, Strandbad sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Viele Angebote für Kinder. Ein Reiseziel, dass wir auf jeden Fall emfehlen können.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung direkt am Bodensee

Wir haben einige Tage mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der FeWo von Herrn Kohler verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kohler war sehr gut. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir nett und freundlich durch Herrn Kohler persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht und einen sehr gehobenen Standard. Weiterhin hatten wir das Glück, dass die Couch und der Waschtisch gerade frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Bei kleinen Problemen ist Herr Kohler sofort um eine Lösung bemüht und auch umgehend zur Stelle. Die Umgebung ist super für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Zusätzlich ist die Lage sehr nah zum Bodensee traumhaft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter!

Prima Ausstattung, Küche vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, Balkon. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, großer TV, WLAN inklusive. Tiefgaragenplatz ebenfalls dabei. Wenige Gehminuten zum Schiffsanleger, z.B. um zur Insel Mainau, nach Überlingen oder Kostanz zu fahren. Die berühmten Pfahlbauten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Gastonomie ist im Ort, ebenso Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. 2 Supermärkte mit großer Auswahl nur wenige Autofahrminuten entfernt ebenfalls im Ort (anderer Ortsteil). Kleiner Nachteil ist die Dusche mit Duschvorhang in der Badewanne. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der sofort auf Fragen und Anliegen eingeht. Besser geht es nicht. Sämtliche Abwicklung völlig unkompliziert. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Herzlichen Dank.

Beste Ferienwohnung die wir bisher hatten!

Wir haben wundervolle Tage hier verbracht! Und um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen, die Ferienwohnung ist ohne Vorbehalt weiter zu empfehlen! Angefangen beim Vermieter der uns sehr herzlich & pünktlich empfangen hat über die Größe der Wohnung, die sehr sauber war, bis zur umfangreichen und wirklich hochwertigen Ausstattung. (Wir haben nicht einmal zuhause einen so großen Fernseher, auch wenn wir diesen aufgrund des schönen Wetters nicht oft bemühen mussten). Zudem ist die Küche für die einer Ferienwohnung sehr umfangreich ausgestattet!, Auch durften wir uns an einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit erfreuen! Nun wollen wir hier keinen Roman schreiben uns aber abschließend nochmals herzlich Bedanken. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Tolle Wohnung im 2 OG in Bodenseenähe

Wir waren für 5 Tage die Mieter dieser sehr schönen und nett eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben dieses Domizil mit 4 Personen bewohnt und zwar Eltern mit 2 Teenagern (Gott sei Dank für das stabile und leistungsfähige WLan) und waren mit der Größe der Wohnung vollkommen zufrieden. Wohn- und Esszimmer befinden sich mit der Küche, Bad und Kinderzimmer auf einer Etage. Eltern-Schlafzimmer im 1 OG der Maisonetten Wohnung. Der Alt-Weibersommer ließ sogar zu, dass wir den Balkon zum Mittagskaffee nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen TG-Stellplatz, aber Obacht, es handelt sich hierbei um einen 2-stöckingen Hebebühnen Parkplatz und das rangieren mit einem großen Fahrzeug ist nur etwas für geübte Fahrer/rinnen in der doch kleinen Tiefgarage. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Yachthafen / See / Restaurant. Bäcker/kleiner Tante Emma Laden ebenfalls 3 min entfernt von der Wohnung. Große Einkäufe erledigt man im Nachbarort Oberuhldingen, Edeka, Lidl etc. Falls man viel Unternehmen möchte, sollte man auf jeden Fall die Bodensee Karte investieren und 1-2 Trips in die Schweiz machen!!!! Einzigster Kritikpunkt: Licht im WoZi / Esszimmer extrem hell und lässt sich leider nicht getrennt schalten. Also entweder Flutlicht, oder Dunkelheit, man muss sich einfach arrangieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
