Gîte in an independent house located at the end of a small neighborhood, overlooking the Nive d'Arnéguy. Gîte completely renovated in 2016. Access via 2 steps. Equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob), living room, lounge (insert fireplace). 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed, 2 90cm beds), shower room, toilet. Consumption and electric heating by heat pump extra. Wood provided. Rental of sheets and towels. Parking Garage. Large enclosed plot of land in front of the house with garden furniture and plancha. At the back of the house, enclosed grounds with secure terrace, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as a small outdoor lounge and stone barbecue, with a view overlooking the river. Access to the banks of a fishing river (permit required) and pebble beach. St-Jean-Pied-de-Port 2 km: ramparts, swimming pool, tennis, picturesque streets. Here, calm and serenity are the key words!

En primer lugar el contacto, el que aparece en la página no es el suyo y me mandaron otro via email que no existía , al final apareció el dueño por suerte. El dia de salida, nos levantamos a las 8, recogimos y limpiamos, no en profundidad pero barrer, la chimenea y todo lo que utilizamos. Pero para nuestra sorpresa nos quitaron 50 de la fianza por limpieza, unas pelusas en un cuarto y unas manchan en el otro( que no usamos porque dormimos los 4 en una habitación trasladando una de las camas de 90) y estuvo cerrado toda la estancia. Ademas que cuando llegamos ya estaba bastante sucio de polvo y pelos en el baño. Sin contar que tuvimos que comprar varias cosas porque faltaban tanto productos de limpieza, como menaje y productos básicos de cocina. En resumen decepcionante y un robo.
