L'hôtel est bien situé, nous avons été bien accueillis par la patronne. La chambre était propre. Il faudrait peut-être refaire les joints de douche. Le petit déjeuner normal sans extra. Bon rapport qualité prix.

La dame n'est pas montée avec moi jusqu'à la chambre. La clef était cachée devant la porte d'entrée de l'hôtel au fond d'un bac. De memoire il y avait la climatisation en bas , mais pas dans la chambre. Le ménage à été fait, mais pas dans les recoins. La chambre était correcte, La chaise en bois n'était pas très solide. Je n'ai pas pu prendre un petit déjeuner, car je partais à 7h30 le lendemain matin, et il était servi à partir de 7h30 !!!

le sourire ne suffit pas, gros effort à faire!

accueil sympathique, cul de sac(chambre 10) au second, escalier minuscule, sur cour intérieure, pas d'issue de secours,aucun accès pompier possible, en cas d'incendie on est grillés, chambre un peu poussiéreuse, tablettes étagères, rebords et tête de lit) matelas bon, literie usagée, un oreiller, taie vraiment effilochée, la cabine douche pourrie, pas d'autre mots, les joints noirs, le flexible plié, nous ne l'avons utilisée, c'est trop vétuste, à changer impérativement. La nuit est calme, l’accueil "humain" est agréable, l'accès en voiture aisé et parking à proximité.

Situé au coeur d'Ugine au pied de l'église au carrefour de l'Arly, de la route vers Annecy et d'Albertville. Hotel 2 étoiles sans prétention. Chambre familiale (pour 4) spacieuse avec salle de bain et WC. Stationnement dans la rue possible.

Versatile Location in the French Alps

This hotel is perfect if you're traveling between Geneva and the ski resorts of the Tarenteise Valley (Val d'Isere, Meribel, etc). It would actually be perfect as a budget option if you're wanting to ski at Meribel/Courchevel. For me, I was also happy that the pillows fit my preferences- not too soft, a bit firm.

1- Odeurs nauséabondes dans les couloirs, évacuation wc bouchée 2- Pas de chauffage, après 3 remarques ils ont quand même daigné allé voir ce qui se passait. Nous avons eu le chauffage que la veille de notre départ c'est à dire 2 nuits sans chauffage et encore pour 3 chambres, la 4ème restant sans chauffage. 3- Durant notre séjour, aucune chambre n'a été faite.Manque de papier toilette dans les WC, télévision hors service, pas de Wifi etc... En un mot la totale. 4- Pas d'accord sur une chambre entre le prix donné par Hôtel.com (75 €) et l'hôtel du Bourg (76 €) 5- Contrôlez bien vos factures car ils ont tendances à faire des erreurs de calcul, pour ma part il faisait une erreur de 80 € !!!! 6- Par contre Petits déjeuners excellents. Je ne recommande pas cet Hôtel, nous avons été très très déçu.

Prix correct et prestation "cheap"

Déplacement professionnel avec arrivée à 20h30 en semaine : 1 nuit sur place, mais pas plus. Paiement à l'arrivée. Pas de restauration sur place et 1 seule pizzéria avec vente à emporter ouverte dans la ville. Chambre avec propreté moyenne (joints douche), 1 couverture en laine et une seule. Petit-déjeuner suffisant en quantité mais triste (1 yaourt nature, 1 salade de fruit en conserve + 1 jus de pomme (pas de variété)+ 1 boisson chaude + viennoiseries). Plus de wifi au réveil... Enfin, même lors du départ, les propriétaires accordent plus d'attention aux clients habitués du café qu'aux voyageurs. Dommage.

Déçu !

Nous avions la chambre numéro 7 au 1er étage. Les draps de lit n'étaient pas propres. Le samedi soir, la musique (disco ou karaoke) dans le bar juste sous la chambre faisait vibrer les meubles et impossible de dormir ! Nous sommes très déçu de cet établissement.
