Trilo Damiani is a holiday home in Lido Marini, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Salento, on the Ionian coast. The seafront apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer and tv. Pets are not allowed.

Trilo
Damiani is an apartment by the beach of Lido Marini. It`s furnished in a
shabby chic style and it`s comfortable and functional, introduced by a
balcony with table and chairs. The apartment consists of a large living
room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 guests, 1 double bedroom and 1
twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. At the back of the apartment
there is another spacious courtyard with outdoor shower and areas that
are shared with other units.

The
apartment is in Lido Marini, one of the most loved seaside locations on
the Ioanin coast. The apartment is near the city centre with shops and
other amenities. Trilo Damiani is a seafront solution.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared external shower.
- Air conditioning just in the living room.
