The façade was inspired by the style of the old typical farmhouses in Puglia.
Villa Rosalorè is embellished with elements of furniture, the result of
a careful restoration of combinations and details that are
characterized by simplicity and minimalism. In short the
perfect combination of the past and present. The outdoor areas match
perfectly the olive groves and provide harmony, giving it a timeless
beauty.
The enchanting salt water pool, the solarium equipped with armchairs and sun lounger overlooking the beautiful love groves, the lovely covered veranda where you can have lunch and dine out in the open air and prepare tasty dishes using the kitchenette with oven, sink and stone barbecue. The outdoor space are dedicated to your pleasure and invite you to sit back and relax so you can fully enjoy your vacation.

The style of the interior
is defined by soft colors with antique flavors. The furnishing consists
of some elements that are typical for the Salento culture. The villa
has a large open space with dining room, as sitting area, a tv corner
and a nice and well-equipped industrial style kitchen plus a bathroom
with washing machine.
The 2 hallways lead to the 4 bedrooms of the main villa, situated on 2 sides of the villa. On one side there’s a double bedroom and one bedroom with a French bed, both with a bathroom with shower, on the other side there are 2 double bedroom
of which one with a bathroom with shower. Through a lovely staircase
you reach the guesthouse that consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a small private outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs.
The surroundings of Villa Rosalorè
The
villa Rosalorè is a magnificent rental villa with pool to spend a
lovely vacation in Puglia, Salento. The villa is only 2 kilometers away
from Ugento, a vivid typical village of Salento with a beautiful
historical center and museum, next to all the main services. It’s
located 8 kilometers from Torre San Giovanni and its beautiful
sandy beaches. Only 16 kilometers away from the beaches of Lido Marini
and 20 kilometers from Gallipoli and the beaches of Baia Verde.

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. Only one small pet admitted.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Through a lovely staircase you reach the guesthouse on the basement floor.
