風呂の洗い場は黒いカビと思われる斑点が多かった。 洗い場の椅子がもっと座面が高い椅子もあると良かった。 腰と膝が悪いのであの低い椅子では座ったり立ったりできないので、たったまま洗った。 枕が低く頭痛がしたり腕が痺れて何度か目が覚めた。 マットレスは硬くて腰痛持ちの自分にとってとても快適だった。 掛け布団がとても重たくて寝返りを打つ度に膝を立てないとならず毎回目が覚めて熟睡できなかった。 朝食は他の朝食付きビジネスホテルに比べてだいぶ品数が少なかった。 補充もなかなかしなくてしらけてしまった。 朝ごはんでテンション上げようと思っていたが逆に下がってしまった。 鯖は美味しかった。 フロントの方々は感じが良かった。 部屋に富士山の折り紙がありかわいかった。

ゴールデンウィーク中のためか国道20号が渋滞していて騒音が気になった。バスの本数が少ないので公共交通機関では行きにくい。スタッフの対応は良かった。この地域では他にないのでまた利用すると思う。

宿泊前日に依頼していたタクシーの予約が取れないとの連絡があったが、その際朝食の時間の案内が間違っていて、無駄な買い物をしてしまった 夜間上の階から足音の騒音があり、苦情として伝えたが、部屋を移動を考えてくれないのか 全く眠れなかった

チェックイン時間を事前に伝えたにもかからず、その時間にフロントに誰も居なかった。ベルを押しても誰も出てこず、10分近く待たされて一人スタッフが現れ「アメニティーを届けていまして。。」とのひとこと。全く悪びれることもなく謝罪の言葉もなく、ニヤニヤ笑うだけだった。接客サービスとして最低の対応。滞在そのものが最低なものになった。
