The lovingly and modernly furnished 60 sqm apartment offers you everything you need for your vacation on the sunny island. The backwaters can be reached on foot within 5 minutes, the Baltic Sea in about 15 minutes. As we are partners of the Golf Hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs.

The lovingly designed Klein Venice complex was built in 2011 in the quaint fishing village and is the perfect starting point for numerous activities. There is a parking space and a shed for your bicycles.
