Perfect rural getaway! Peaceful & secluded lakeside setting for a relaxing adults break in our cosy shepherd's hut. Pets welcome (extra charge), great off lead run areas. Private bathroom facilities nearby. Fishing available on site. Countryside walks nearby lead to local villages e.g. Buxted & Hadlow Down or wander round our lakes, ancient woodland and shaws where wildlife such as foxes, deer and wild flowers abound. Lots of birdlife such as kingfishers, goldfinches, tits, woodpeckers, buzzards, herons, moorhens, ducks and geese. Cattle and sheep in our fields nearby. Wild swimming lake fed by natural springs with fabulous views towards the South Downs. Tunbridge Wells 1/2hr drive. Brighton/Eastbourne 45-50 mins. Main line trains to/from Buxted/Crowborough and London (1 hr). Ashdown Forest 6km. Many famous national Trust properties and gardens nearby e.g. Sheffield Park, Hever Castle. Shops, pubs and restaurants a short drive. Pick up/drop off to/from station available for small charge. Discounts for 3 nts+
